Research On The Demand-oriented Nurseries Service In Rural Areas Of China

Since the 19th Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central and local governments have successively issued guidance and implementation opinions to promote the development of child care services.Child care services for 0-3-year-old infants have become a highly concerned issue of the whole society.Infant care services not only affect the long-term interests of parenting families,but also affect the nerves of the whole society.Under the background of the deepening of the aging of the population,the gradual reduction of the national demographic dividend,the liberalization of the two child policy and the policy goal of "having children for all" of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the provision of inclusive child care services for rural residents is of great significance to improve the quality of the population,highlight social equity and promote the long-term development of the country.First of all,starting from the policy environment and social needs,this paper combs the origin and development of nurseries,summarizes the research status of domestic nurseries from macro and micro perspectives,defines the concept of demand-oriented nurseries,and takes holistic governance as the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,after sorting out the relevant research of nurseries service,the questionnaire was designed.From July to September 2020,the questionnaire was issued to investigate the current situation of rural nurseries service in Shaanxi Province.A total of 1130 questionnaires were collected,including 1046 valid questionnaires with an effective recovery rate of 92.5%.The survey data were analyzed to understand the situation of family parenting and nurseries willingness of rural residents in Shaanxi Province To find out the influencing factors of residents’ willingness to care.Then,collect the feedback of parents on the current situation of local nurseries service in the form of telephone interview,synthesize the opinions and suggestions of the residents and the existing data,find out the existing problems of nurseries service in rural areas,such as the small number of nurseries,high cost,lack of excellent employees,and further analyze these problems to find out the causes of these problems There are many reasons for the existence.Finally,by comparing the development of foreign nurseries,this paper summarizes the experience,and puts forward some suggestions for promoting the development of demand-oriented nurseries in rural areas from the aspects of goal setting,supply and demand balance,financial support and talent absorption.
