Research On The Level Of Urban Family Child Care Service Demand And Its Satisfaction Strategy

With the implementation of the positive population policy,the contradiction between supply and demand of child care services has become more prominent.This question has become an important factor restricting the implementation effect of the positive population policy.The construction and improvement of the child care service supply system with Chinese characteristics can promote the implementation of positive population policy,also can meet the needs of society and families for child care.Accurately identify the demand of urban families for child care services,further analyze the hierarchy of child care needs of urban families,and put forward the basic strategies to meet the needs of urban families for child care services,which undoubtedly becomes the premise and foundation for the construction and improvement of the supply system for child care services.Based on this understanding,the content system of child care service demand is formed based on the analysis of policy and related literature.This content system has31 species of demand for child care,such as child care policy requirements,children’s life care service demand,child health services demand,early childhood education service demand,family parenting education service demand.After the establishment of the demand system for child care services,we used the charm theory to analyze the demand for child care services of urban families.From the results,the child care needs of urban families can be roughly divided into four categories: essential elements,one-dimensional elements,charm elements and irrelevant elements.Factor analysis and multiple ordered regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of urban family child care demand,and it was found that both children’s status and family factors had an impact on service demand,among which children’s age,family incomeand family care ability were particularly prominent and common.From the perspective of group differences,the needs of different urban family groups can be more deeply and thoroughly identified to grasp the needs of different families for child care services.After a series of analyses,the priority satisfaction sequence of child care services for different family groups has been formed.After further research on the supply and demand matching of urban family child care services,it is found that the current supply of child care services is still unable to fully meet the demand of urban families for child care services.At present,the urban family child care service has the following dilemma: the total quality supply of child care service is seriously insufficient,the gap of 0-3 year old infant care service is obvious,and the supply and demand of child care service is not matched seriously.In order to fully meet the needs of urban family child care services,the future child care service system should focus on building a dynamic demand assessment system,strengthening the service supply,and clarifying the role of the government.
