Research On Supply And Demand Of Infant And Child Care Services For Infants And Children 0-3 Years Old In Large And Medium Cities

Since the reform and opening,because of the strict family planning policy,the shrinking family size and structure,simplifying tending function is weakening,after entering the 20 th century,especially the proportion of women in labor is more and more big,the dual-earner families in urban areas widespread,coupled with the rising cost of parenting,urban households in parenting gradually.On January 1,2016,our country began to fully implement two child policy,began after the full implementation of two child policy in China,the actual birth level did not achieve the desired fertility level,the implementation of the second child policy effect is not ideal,according to the survey,"no one care" is causes some people to give up the important reason of birth two children,two child policy open to further stimulate the family especially in urban areas of nursery service demand,the demand for childcare services more and more strong.On the basis of a series of surveys and work trials,the state advocates bringing infant and young child care services into the category of public services,explores the supply mode of public welfare child-care services,and studies and introduces relevant policies,so as to share the family child-care costs.Thus,infant and young child care services have become a social public problem.The full text is divided into seven parts,the first part mainly introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis for nursery service,the second part is based on the practical investigation and research of wuhan 0-3 years old infants and young children nursery public understanding of the basic situation of the service demand,the third part is the influence of wuhan 0-3 years old infants and young children nursery an empirical analysis of the factors of the public service demand,the fourth part is to the wuhan 0-3 years old infants and young children nursery service supply status quo of research,the fifth part is to improve wuhan 0-3 years old infants and young children nursery public service supply policy recommendations,the sixth part is pointed out in this paper,we study the deficiency and prospect for future research.Based on field investigation data in wuhan city nursery institution,interact through descriptive statistic,analysis and disorderly classification Logistic regression to carry out empirical analysis,the results found that parents and grandparents raising an infant is the family generally take together raising mode,raising families bear the high pressure,the lower level of socialization of infants and young children raising;Parents to nursery service security,personnel quality,services and the quality of teaching,and there is a higher request,on charges of parents is the most concerned about the security problems in nursery service,the nursery service personnel quality request is higher,not just in terms of childcare services meet the needs of to take care of,also for infants and young children early education is more and more attention,willing to accept the low cost of childcare services.There is heterogeneity in the demand for child-care services under different individual characteristics and family characteristics.The younger and more occupational mobility parents are,the more likely they are to choose private child-care services,while the older and more stable parents are,the more likely they are to choose public and other child-care services.Parents who are only children are more likely to choose private child-care agencies,and families with lower family income are more likely to choose public child-care agencies.Finally,from the supply main body and content create the wuhan 0-3 years old nursery service supply of the basic situation,found that wuhan 0-3 years old nursery service supply problems and the insufficiency,and then based on infant family nursery the realistic demand of public service and the contradiction between the supply of public service government,from policy support,financial input in system design,to improve the nursery on their own,such as several aspects put forward the public service supply,optimize the structure of nursery service supply advice,to help promote reform nursery service supply side.
