Childcare services for children aged 0-3 are the care and education services provided by childcare institutions for children and their parents. After the implementation of the"two-child policy",the fertility rate did not increase significantly as expected, but instead declined.Early care and education for babies and toddlers are of great concern to every household. The absence of childcare services is a shortcoming in the implementation of the "Comprehensive Two-Child" policy and a starting point for the further improvement and also improvement of public services. The village-in-urban area is a special product of the urbanization process, and it is worth paying attention to in various aspects such as economy and culture.Public service as the guarantee of regional development is the focus of the development of the village-in-urban area.Studying the demand for child care services for children aged 0-3 can clarify the current concerns of parents in the care and education of children under the age of three, find out the market development direction of child care institutions, and determine government departments to formulate relevant policies to improve people's livelihood and clarify its responsibilities, enhance the educational concept of parents in urban villages, and focus on the focus of the government and the market on further development of childcare services. This research consists of five parts:introduction, research sampling and implementation process, research results and analysis, discussions and conclusions, and recommendations. The introduction includes the origin, meaning, definition of core concepts, and research ideas. It clarifies the purpose, content, and methods of research, and collates and analyzes domestic and foreign literature reviews. The body part is composed of four parts:The first part elaborates on the research objects and sampling implementation process in detail, presenting the basic information of the selected urban villages and the basic situation of the questionnaire surveys and interview subjects. In the second part, the collected 214 valid questionnaires were entered into SPSS22.0 for analysis, and the recordings of 8 interviewers were transcribed.Analyze the current status of family upbringing and family willingness of 0-3 year-old infants and young children in urban villages in turn, and the demand for parent-child care services for 0-3 year-old infants in urban villages and influential factors of the demand for parental childcare services. The third part discusses and summarizes the results based on the analysis of the previous data and presents the research conclusions:In terms of infant and young child care,0-3 year-old infants and young children in the urban village are mainly family-oriented,of which mothers and grandparents are the main force; In terms of demand for childcare services, the total demand for childcare services for parents of infants aged 0 to 3 in urban villages is small and the focus is on "education".Childcare services are flexible and the main appeal is reflected in the expectations of early childhood education.Cultivating good habits and developing intelligence are the most urgent; In the analysis of the influence of parents in urban villages on reproductive wishes, the provision of childcare services in urban village areas has no significant effect on family reproductive wishes.Family reproductive wishes are mainly related to the number of children in the family.,parents' occupations and educational background, family monthly income, family structure, etc.According to the survey results,it is found that the demand for parenting education, services in urban villages is diversified, the content of childcare content is diverse, the forms are diverse, and the individualized needs are outstanding;Among the factors that affect the demand for parenting services in urban villages, internal family factors such as parental education, occupation, monthly family income, child age,and other demographic variables have a significant effect on the demand for parenting services, and the supply of parenting services among external factors. And the atmosphere of the community where the family is located has an impact on the parenting needs of the parents in the urban village. The fourth part proposes policy, financial, social and family recommendations based on the
