Research On The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Environment On College Students' Entrepreneurial Intention

The expansion of college enrollment leads to an increasing number of college graduates year by year.Meanwhile,the growth rate of China's economy is bound to slow down after years of rapid growth,and the employment problem of college graduates is highlighted under the impact of the epidemic.Of course,the dilemma is also an opportunity,college students can be regarded as a way out.Entrepreneurial intention is a necessary prerequisite for entrepreneurial behavior,and it is very important to explore the influence of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial intention of college students.This paper focuses on the core concept of entrepreneurial intention,and through the main path of "entrepreneurial environment--entrepreneurial passion--entrepreneurial intention",explores the mechanism of the effect of entrepreneurial environment with entrepreneurial passion as the mediating variable and entrepreneurial self-efficacy as the moderating variable on college students' entrepreneurial intention.In the study,we divided the entrepreneurial environment into three dimensions: social entrepreneurial environment,school entrepreneurial environment and family entrepreneurial environment,and adjusted the questionnaire based on the reference maturity scale.In this study,family environment is included in the entrepreneurial environment dimension.On the one hand,it hopes to enrich the research results in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship,and at the same time,make relevant government departments pay more attention to the role of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial intention.On the other hand,it is hoped that parents and school education can not only actively make policy adjustments and improvements according to the current situation of college students' entrepreneurship,but also pay more attention to the influence of campus and family environment on students' concept of entrepreneurship,career choice,employment and values.The results show that(1)entrepreneurial environment has a significant positive predictive effect on entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial passion.Social environment and family environment are positively correlated with entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial passion.The influence of school environment was not obvious.(2)Entrepreneurial passion has a significant positive predictive effect on entrepreneurial intention.(3)Entrepreneurial passion plays a mediating role in the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial intention.Among them,the social environment and entrepreneurial intention almost all play a mediating role;It plays a partial mediating role between family environment and entrepreneurial intention.There was no mediating effect between school environment and entrepreneurial intention.(4)Entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a moderating role in the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial intention.
