| With the coming of high-quality development,artificial intelligence,as a combination of a new round of industrial revolution and innovationdriven strategy,has become an important symbol of the digital,networked,and intelligent era,and can boost the construction of a new domestic and international dual-cycle pattern.,Playing an increasingly important role in optimizing the employment structure,transforming growth momentum,and accelerating integration with the real economy.Artificial intelligence can not only affect the industrial structure and industry structure at the macro level,but it can also affect the employment positions and employment scale of workers.Therefore,in the era of intelligence,how to give full play to the role of artificial intelligence technology in promoting employment has become an increasingly important topic.In recent years,discussions on the relationship between new technologies represented by artificial intelligence and the number of employment and employment income of workers have gradually attracted the attention of academic circles and practice departments.Research on whether the development of artificial intelligence affects the number of jobs and employment income is relatively lacking.When this research discusses the impact of artificial intelligence development on labor employment,it first defines labor employment in terms of the number of jobs and employment income;Secondly,it examines the relationship between the development of artificial intelligence and the number of employment,and further details From the perspective of industrialization,the impact of the development of artificial intelligence on the number of employees in the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries was discussed.Finally,the relationship between the development of artificial intelligence and the employment income of laborers was explored,and the impact of the development of artificial intelligence on the first,second,and tertiary industries was systematically analyzed.Second,the differential impact of employment income in the tertiary industry.By searching data from the China Statistical Yearbook and China Science and Technology Statistical Yearbook,we selected 31 provinces and municipalities in China from 2016 to 2020 as the analysis samples.The results show that the development of artificial intelligence in my country will promote the improvement of labor employment.For every1% increase in the level of intelligent technology,the number of employees in the secondary industry will increase by 0.28%,and the number of employees in the tertiary industry will increase by 1.29%;the development of artificial intelligence has a positive impact on the employment income of laborers,that is,the development level of artificial intelligence will affect the first Industrial employment income has a positive role in promoting employment income in the tertiary industry.This research mainly has the following two theoretical contributions:(1)The research on the impact of artificial intelligence development has been expanded from the two aspects of quantity and income,and the impact of artificial intelligence development on employment has been explored from a single level,and the number of employment and employment income have been separated.These aspects are included in the scope of research,not only linking different levels of variables such as the number of employment and employment income with the research field of artificial intelligence development,but also expanding the research on the outcome variables of artificial intelligence development.(2)From the perspective of artificial intelligence,we conducted in-depth discussions on the relationship between artificial intelligence development and the number of jobs and employment income,and deepened the research on the effectiveness of artificial intelligence in the era of high-quality development.It is also a theory of labor and employment in the era of intelligence.Supplements and improvements. |
