With the advancement of urbanization in China,more and more migrant workers are pouring into cities.Due to the strict household registration restrictions in the city,the children of migrant workers cannot enjoy the normal education system and are forced to go to the private children’s school.According to relevant researches,because migrant workers are busy earning money to support their families and work under pressure,they have no need to care for their children.Moreover,the teachers of the children of private migrant workers,the school environment and equipment are worse than those of public schools,resulting in the children of these migrant workers.A series of mental health problems have emerged.Some migrant children have weak resilience,emotional instability,lack of concentration,and unwillingness to communicate with others,such as psychological resilience and social adaptability,which seriously affect their healthy development.Through the intervention of physical education,this paper promotes the combination of physical education and mental health education,improves the psychological resilience of children of migrant population,promotes the social adaptability of children of migrant population,and improves the enthusiasm of children of migrant population to participate in sports through rational and scientific sports intervention.To make up for the psychological problems caused by the lack of family care,and to improve the mental health of the children of the floating population is of great significance to promoting the fairness of education and urbanization.This paper takes the influence of physical intervention on the psychological resilience and social adaptability of the children of floating population in Fuzhou City.Taking the children of 60 floating population of the fifth grade students of Bolin Primary School in Fuzhou as the survey object,the literature method and interview method are adopted.The questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method were divided into experimental group(30)and control group(30).The experimental group and the control group were given regular physical education according to the original physical education curriculum.All the experimental group subjects had extracurricular intervention after four o’clock,and they will use sports,quality development and sports game intervention.The control group will carry out regular physical education in the classroom.Finally,the independent sample T test will be used to analyze the data before and after the experiment.Differences in psychological resilience and social adaptability between the experimental group and the control group after the week.Through research and analysis,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:1.Children of migrant children in Fuzhou have serious mental health problems,and their psychological resilience and social adaptability are poor;2.After the physical intervention,the level of psychological resilience of the experimental group was significantly different.In the four dimensions of emotional control,target concentration,positive cognition and interpersonal assistance(P<0.05),it indicated that physical intervention had significant levels of psychological resilience.Upgrade3.After the physical intervention,the family support dimension of the students’ psychological resilience in the experimental group(P>0.05)indicates that the physical intervention has no difference in the family support dimension of psychological resilience;4.There was no significant difference in the psychological resilience level of the control group after regular physical education(P>0.05).5.After the physical intervention,there were significant differences in the level of social adaptability of the experimental group.In the four dimensions of psychological superiority,psychological energy,interpersonal adaptation and psychological resilience(P<0.05),the social intervention level of physical intervention showed that Significantly improved;6.There was no significant difference in the social adaptability level(P>0.05)of the control group after regular physical education.
