Research On Development Dilemma And Strategic Planning Of Fujian Preschool Education College

Fujian Preschool Education College(hereinafter referred to as FJPEC)is a normal college directly under the Education Department of Fujian Province,and it is the pioneer of preschool teacher education and primary art teacher education of Fujian Province.FJPEC has built an open school system serving basic education,which has a good social reputation.The study found that FJPEC is facing more serious practical problems simultaneously,which involves a lot of respects such as resource,system,talent,etc.In particular,there is a lack of a systematic and scientific strategic planning,which hindered the development of the college.Thus,to define a development strategy and design the development planning has become an urgent task.Combining theoretical accumulation with work experience,the author,who worked in FJPEC,studied the construction of development strategy system of the college.This thesis firstly discussed the theory of strategic management,and on this basis analyzed external development environment and internal development condition by applying PEST analysis model,Porter’s Five Force analysis model and SWOT analysis tools.And then it indicated the development dilemma of FJPEC,which considered that the overall development strategy of FJPEC should adopt relevant diversification strategy and non-relevant diversification strategy,competitive strategy is differentiation strategy and focus strategy,and functional strategy includes professional teaching strategy,talent strategy,technology strategy,foreign cooperation strategy and financial strategy.Finally,the thesis discussed the specific measures of the development of FJPEC and the control during its implementation process.In addition to providing a reference for the construction of the FJPEC’s development strategy system,the thesis can also be used for reference by other vocational colleges of the same type in China.
