| At present,China is vigorously promoting the construction of smart cities.As an important support point for the smart city,the smart community is extremely critical in its level of construction and development.The current smart community industry is still in its infancy,and many industry companies are exploring business development models.As a company with a community and building intelligent engineering as its main business,smart community construction is an important opportunity for L Company.In this paper,the PEST tool and the five-force model are used to analyze the external environment of L company in detail,and the external opportunities and threats that are beneficial to the company's development are sorted out,and the external key factor evaluation matrix is also established.At the same time,according to the industry competition elements,the internal resources and capabilities of L Company are analyzed,the strengths and weaknesses of the company are sorted out,and an internal key factor evaluation matrix is also established.On these basis,the alternative strategy set is derived through SWOT analysis.The quantitative strategy planning matrix(QSPM)is used to quantitatively score the alternative strategies,and the final strategic decision is made according to the ranking results:(1)Strategic transformation,the company's focus shifts from the original building intelligent engineering to the intelligent community ecological chain.(2)Streamlining the building intelligent engineering business,leaving high-profit quality business for the blood transfusion to the smart community ecological chain business.In terms of strategy implementation,based on the key resources,capabilities and risks required by the above two strategic implementation processes,the smart property,community Internet of Things,life service platform and public security comprehensive management and control platform in the smart community ecological chain were established.The implementation strategy of the business.Strategic control is achieved through organizational structure optimization,training of professional talents,strengthening of government-enterprise cooperation,satisfaction of customer needs,and flexible matching of promotion work. |
