It is positioned to serve the economic development of medicine in Shandong, specifically for the the medical industry in Shandong to develop skills-based, high-skilled personnel. How to achieve this goal, the strategic development of the institute depends largely on the planning. The college operation strategy is the long-term development of the overall master plan. It relates to the college whether can maintain sustainable development in a changing and highly competitive market environment and the college's future and destiny.This paper based on management, combined with economics, marketing and other related theories to analysis the strategic environment and the operational conditions of Shandong MedicineTechnician College with a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, the use of standardized research method, case analysis and field research method.
