Abstract:Enterprises’development strategy is the benchmark that guides the company to do the future and chronic business activities. Development strategy clears the strategic objectives, there is practical significance to the enterprises’long-term development. Our Product Testing Industry is in a growing stage, while opportunities and threats exist in the external environment, Therefore, it is the urgent need for our product testing enterprise to formulate forward-looking development strategy through the analysis combined with the internal resource capabilities.The article analyzes the external macro environment and the industry medium-environment in which Shanghai UTS Product Testing Co., Ltd. exists, and thinks that there are more opportunities than threats hidden in the China’s macro environment. However, product testing industries’competition is comparatively explosive. By analyzing the internal resources of Shanghai UTS Product Testing Co., Ltd., finding that it has high technology and good financial situation, but its insufficient excellent technicians need to be further increased. Analyzing the external environment and the company’s internal resources together, it shows that Shanghai UTS Product Testing Co., Ltd. is expected to be the famous product testing company in China, and then participated in a national competition. Thereby, this paper holds the viewpoint that Shanghai UTS Product Testing Co., Ltd. should choose related diversification growth strategy, while the competitive strategy should choose the cost leadership strategy first, seizing much more shares of the market, then choose the differentiation strategy, maintaining the core competitiveness of long-term sustainable development of UTS. In order to achieve the strategic objectives, Shanghai UTS Product Testing Co., Ltd. should primarily do the following tasks:optimal allocation of resources and organizational restructuring; talent introduction and training; perfect the technology management system; strengthen customer relationship management; develop and run new markets; strengthen corporate culture building; create corporate brand. And control strategic properly in the implementation of the strategy process. Figure14, table5,53references.
