Research purposes: Basketball is a combination of aerobic and anaerobic sports.Good aerobic and anaerobic ability is the basis of playing good technical and tactical level in the game, and it is also the key factor to determine the outcome of the game.In this study, the effects of two kinds of intervention methods of HIIT in water and land on body composition, body function and physical quality in 10 weeks were compared, and the difference of the impact of the same intervention scheme in land and water training environment on indicators was explored.Research purposes: Basketball is a combination of aerobic and anaerobic sports.Good aerobic and anaerobic ability is the basis of playing good technical and tactical level in the game, and it is also the key factor to determine the outcome of the game.In this study, the effects of two kinds of intervention methods of HIIT in water and land on body composition, body function and physical quality in 10 weeks were compared, and the difference of the impact of the same intervention scheme in land and water training environment on indicators was explored.Research methods: Through literature review, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper studies the influence of HIIT on the physical function and quality of college basketball players.Eighteen students in basketball special classes were selected and divided into land and water groups, with 9 students in each group. The experimental period was 10 weeks,3 times a week, and each training time was30 min.The related indexes of body shape, body function and physical quality of the subjects were tested, and the test data before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed by SPSS.Results: After 10 weeks of HIIT exercise intervention,it was found that there was no significant difference in resting heart rate and flexibility indicators between the water group and the water group(P > 0.05),the body weight was(76.15±12.84–65.25±3.34,kg),the body fat content was(15.52±5.10-9.58±2.55,kg),and the defatted body weight was(57.00±1.67–54.15±1.32,kg),maximal oxygen uptake(37.91±0.63–40.35±1.25,ml/kg.min),percent body fat(20.0±4.8–9.0±6.1,%),vital capacity(4559.11±499.88–4918.33±480.41,ml),maximum anaerobic pow(604.67±126.24–687.44±87.93,W),average anaerobic power(482.89±43.42–556.67±49.93,W)and sensitivity(8.34±0.37–8.02±0.52,s)were compare with those before intervention(P < 0.01).There were no significant differences in body weight, body fat content, percentage of body fat, resting heart rate and maximal anaerobic power index of the rats in the land group(P > 0.05).The significant differences were observed in the body weight after lipid removal(57.44±1.45–55.95±1.26,kg),flexibility(10.72±8.17–12.62±6.60,cm)compared with those before intervention(P < 0.05).The lung capacity(4884.56±761.27–5199.33±728.11,ml),maximum oxygen uptake(38.54±0.61–40.59±0.97,ml/kg.min),mean anaerobic power(502.56±70.11–566.78±56.02,W),and sensitivity(8.68±0.33–8.18±0.36,s)were significantly different from those before intervention(P < 0.01).Conclusion: After 10 weeks of HIIT training, the underwater HIIT group and the terrestrial HIIT group had significant effects on the improvement of body composition, average anaerobic power, vital capacity, maximum oxygen uptake, flexibility, sensitivity and other indicators. The increases in body composition and maximal anaerobic power index of the water group were higher than those of the land group. The increases in maximal oxygen uptake and sensitivity index of the land group were higher than those of the water group. The content and principles of the land training for the land group can be applied to the water training, and the water HIIT can be applied to the land training as an auxiliary and cross training.
