| With the deep penetration of "healthy China" concept and the increasing trend of "integration of sports and medicine",all circles of society are paying more and more attention to the physical quality education of college students.At this stage,few scholars from the perspective of Sanda Movement to explore the physical problems of college students.The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of Sanda on the body shape and physical quality of college students,to provide experimental support for the promotion of Wushu Sanda traditional events,and to provide theoretical support for the reform of physical education teaching and training.In this study,60 sophomores from Xiaoxiang Vocational College were randomly divided into two groups.Men and women were divided into two groups,a control group,the other group is the experimental group.A total of 4 groups of 15 members each.Each group was trained three times a week for a total of 16 weeks.Before and after the training,record the participants’ body shape data,physical quality data,and then compare the data before and after the experiment,the experimental group and the Control Group data,to carry out a deeper analysis.Main conclusions:1.After 16 weeks of Sanda Training,male and female college students’ body shape changed.In the female experimental group,BMI,body fat,body fat%,waist-to-hip ratio decreased significantly.After training,the male subjects had a significant decrease in body fat and a significant increase in muscle mass and total body composition.2.The time of 5-25 m turn-back running in male experimental group and female experimental group was significantly reduced,and the time of 1000 m running in male experimental group and 800 m running in female experimental group was significantly reduced.3.The experimental group had to do sit-up for 1 minute,then do squat for 1 minute,on the basis of which,then do chin-up,flat support,the results were significantly improved,therefore,Sanda training can improve the core muscle groups,upper limbs and shoulder muscle groups,legs,hips and core strength of college students.4.The level of standing long jump of male and female experimental group was significantly improved,but compared with female subjects,male subjects in-situ vertical jump in the performance of a more significant improvement.This shows that college students participating in Sanda Training can strengthen their strength of touching the high jump,and at the same time help to improve their standing long jump results.Because the explosive power of the lower limbs was improved after the training,the change of the female students’ ability of jumping and touching was not obvious before and after the training.5.There were significant changes in the forward bend of sitting posture in the female experimental group.Sanda training can strengthen the body flexibility of female students,but the effect on male students is not significant.At the same time,after training,the heart rate of the girls in the experimental group decreased significantly.6.Male and female subjects’ performance in the 50 meter race and Illinois’ s agility improved,but there was no statistical difference.It shows that Sanda training under this training intensity can improve the speed and sensitivity of the subjects,but the training cycle is only 16 weeks,the time is not too long,and needs longer professional training. |
