Research objectives: This experiment mainly analyzed the effects of high-intensity interval training on body shape(body weight,BMI,body fat mass, fat removal weight, body fat percentage, waist circumference, abdominal circumference, hip circumference, muscle mass, body water content)and body function(vital capacity, basal heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, basal metabolic rate, body weight, body fat content)of overweight and obese adolescents under two different exercise environments(water, water and land).Total energy expenditure). To analyze the effect of high-intensity interval training in different sports environments on improving the difference of body composition and body function of overweight and obese adolescents, and to provide a more appropriate high-intensity interval training mode for overweight and obese adolescents with different needs.Research methods: This paper mainly adopted the methods of expert interview, literature, experiment and mathematical statistics. The participants were 34 students of Wuhan Haoqian Training Camp.34 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group(n=17)and control group(n=17).The experimental group received high-intensity interval training in water, while the control group received high-intensity interval training in water once a week and high-intensity interval training on land 5 times a week. Before and after the 4-week intervention training, the body composition and physical function indexes were tested, and the test data were collected and statistically analyzed using SPSS25.0 software. All test results were represented by mean ± standard deviation, independent sample T test was used to compare the differences between groups, and paired sample T test was used to compare the differences in indicators within the group.Results:(1)Body weight and BMI of the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower after intervention than before intervention, but there was no significant difference between the two groups.(2)The waist circumference, hip circumference and abdominal circumference of the experimental group and the control group were significantly reduced after intervention compared with before intervention.(3)There was no significant difference in muscle mass between the experimental group and the control group after intervention compared with before intervention, and the body water content decreased significantly after intervention compared with before intervention.(4)The vital capacity of the experimental group and the control group was increased after intervention compared with before intervention, and the vital capacity of the experimental group was significantly increased compared with the control group; The basal heart rate of the experimental group decreased significantly after intervention compared with before intervention, while there was no significant difference in the control group.(5)There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure between the experimental group and the control group, while diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly.(6)The basal metabolic rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that before intervention, while the control group had no significant difference; The total energy consumption in both the experimental group and the control group was significantly lower than before intervention.Conclusions:(1)Both high-intensity interval training in water 6 times a week and high-intensity interval training in water 5 times a week plus high-intensity interval training in water can effectively reduce the body weight,BMI,body fat mass, fat removal weight, body fat percentage, hip circumference, waist circumference, abdominal circumference and body water content of overweight and obese adolescents.(2)Six times a week of high intensity interval training in water had better effects on the vital capacity, heart rate,systolic/diastolic blood pressure and basal metabolic rate than five times a week of land high intensity interval training + one time of water high intensity interval training. |
