| In recent years,the rapid development of Internet information technology has ushered in the wave of education informatization.Open educational resources have given birth to MOOCS,which makes flipped classroom teaching mode also attract much attention,thus promoting the combination of "SPOC + flipped classroom" teaching mode.Compared with traditional classroom indoctrination teaching,the integration of SPOC and flipped classroom is based on the Internet,It can effectively reflect the guidance and guidance role of teachers for students in the learning process,not only increase the interaction between teachers and students,students and students,but also stimulate students’ autonomous learning ability,improve students’ subjective initiative,and realize the improvement of learning effect.This study takes the practice of SPOC based flipped classroom teaching mode in the teaching of sports biomechanics for the students of grade 2016 and 2017 in the school of sports and human sciences of Jilin Institute of physical education as the research object,and takes the students of grade 2016 and 2017 in the major of sports and human sciences of Jilin Institute of physical education as the experimental objects,using the methods of literature,experiment,questionnaire,interview,and so on Mathematical statistics and other research models,the construction of SPOC based flipped classroom teaching design,including pre class,in class,after class three links,through teaching practice to obtain the implementation effect and teaching evaluation of SPOC based flipped classroom teaching mode in sports biomechanics teaching,to provide reference for the future reform of sports biomechanics course.The conclusions of this study include: after eight weeks of teaching experiment,this study constructs a SPOC based flipped classroom teaching mode of sports biomechanics,including pre teaching analysis,teaching resource design,teaching environment design,teaching activity design and teaching evaluation design,which includes three teaching links: before class,in class and after class;The flipped classroom teaching mode based on SPOC can help students improve their theoretical knowledge of sports biomechanics;The application of flipped classroom teaching mode based on SPOC in sports biomechanics classroom has achieved certain teaching effect,which not only promotes students’ learning efficiency,learning participation,ability to analyze and solve problems,but also increases the interaction between teachers and students,which improves the ability of group cooperation.Students are more satisfied with teaching activities,teaching design and the function of SPOC platform.However,the effect on learning consciousness and communication ability is relatively weak,which needs to be optimized in the follow-up teaching practice. |
