| China’s social and economic development is in the transition period,the traditional vocational education talent training model has not been able to meet the new needs of development,new,high quality skilled talent is seriously insufficient.With the increasingly fierce international competition,"Modern Apprenticeship" has gradually become the best mode for secondary vocational colleges to train new talents.In a survey of the related research of modern apprenticeship,the study of mentoring relationship has received little attention from scholars,while the harmony of mentoring relationship directly affects the effective implementation of modern apprenticeship in China.Therefore,the study of mentoring relationship under the background of modern apprenticeship is a very important topic.This paper mainly aimed at secondary vocational college of finance and economics commerce specialty by modern apprenticeship under the background of mentoring relationship problems are studied,mainly to guide relations theory and constructivism learning theory as the theoretical basis,combined with the characteristics of the students in secondary vocational school of finance and economics commerce class mentoring relationship issues in the design of modern apprenticeship questionnaire.In this study,simple random sampling and cluster sampling were used to conduct a questionnaire survey among students majoring in finance and business in 5 secondary vocational colleges and teachers of 7 pilot enterprises in Qingdao.The basic situation of students and mentors and the overall situation of mentoring relationship were analyzed mainly by descriptive statistical method.The chi-square analysis method was used to analyze the knowledge and skills of apprentices in different categories.Independent sample T test and single factor analysis of variance were used to analyze the differences of mentoring relationship.The results showed:Firstly,the training time of apprentices,the time spent with apprentices every day,and the attention of apprentices to their career have significant effects on the three functions of the mentoring relationship.Second,the grade of apprentice only has a significant impact on the two aspects of learning guidance and interactive support function,the third grade students have more learning guidance and interactive support function than the second grade students.Thirdly,the gender of apprentices and the number of mentoring combinations have no significant influence on the three functions of mentoring relationship.However,the average score of role model function in all the number of mentoring combinations was more than 3points,indicating that under the educational background of modern apprenticeship,the master played a better role model for the apprentice.In order to improve the mentoring relationship and promote the effective implementation of modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools,the following improvement suggestions are put forward in view of the existing problems in the mentoring relationship of modern apprenticeship in finance and business majors in secondary vocational schools:improve the legal system of modern apprenticeship;To establish a multi-linkage modern apprenticeship education management system;Increase investment in secondary vocational education;To improve the social recognition of modern apprenticeship and so on. |
