| In today’s new era,the transformation of China’s economic and social development,high-quality technical and technical personnel shortage,traditional,conservative personnel training model has been far from being able to meet the new development needs.In the face of the increasingly fierce international competition,modern apprenticeship has gradually become the best model for cultivating new talents,and the research on modern apprenticeship has gradually become a hot issue in vocational education research.Throughout the study of modern apprenticeship,the status quo and problems of mentoring relationship become a forgotten corner,and the mentoring relationship is directly related to whether the modern apprenticeship can be effectively implemented.Therefore,based on the student’s perspective,the author explores the present situation and the problems of the apprentice relationship in the modern apprenticeship,and tries to explain the deep reasons behind each phenomenon and problem.In order to improve the present apprenticeship in China,In order to really promote the development of modern apprenticeship system and the development of vocational education.The details are as follows:The first chapter introduces reasons and significances of the research,and summarizes the domestic and foreign related literatures,and defines the core concept of modern apprenticeship and mentoring relationship,and then makes a detailed study of the research ideas and methods.The second chapter is about the theory of mentoring relationship in modern apprenticeship.On the basis of the first chapter,the author explores the theory of mentoring relationship and finds that the successful mentoring relationship determinants theory,Guidance function theory,interpersonal relationship behavior theory and interpersonal relationship can become the theoretical basis of studying apprenticeship relationship in modern apprenticeship.Then the author constructs the theoretical framework of mentoring relationship in modern apprenticeship system,sets up measurement factors that affect mentoring relationship,and analyzes the dimension of mentoring relationship,which lays a theoretical foundation for further research.The third chapter is the investigation and study of the apprenticeship relationship in modern apprenticeship.Based on the theoretical foundation of the second chapter,the questionnaire about mentoring relationship is designed.Applying simple random sampling and cluster sampling method,Questionnaire survey,showing the current mentoring relationship between the status quo survey results,analysis of the reasons for the findings.And found that the relationship between mentoring and apprenticeship was significantly affected by apprentice age,size of the internship business,time of apprenticeship and average daily time of mentoring and apprenticeship.The interpersonal interaction between apprentices and apprentices helped the relationship to be affected by professional,apprenticeship sex,apprentice age,internship firm size,internship time and the mentoring average time factors showed significant differences.The fourth chapter is an analysis of the problem of apprenticeship in modern apprenticeship.According to the present situation of teacher-apprentice relationship in the third chapter,we use questionnaires,interviews and so on to analyze the nature and structure of mentoring relationship.A detailed and in-depth analysis are going on about the nature of the mentoring relationship which is divided into three levels:educational relations,interactive relations in production and personal relations,and the formation mechanism of the mentoring relationship which is composed of four aspects:the choice of the master,the preparation of the apprentice,the establishment of the mentoring relationship and the protection of the effect of the mentoring.In the fifth chapter,based on the contents of the previous chapters,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the mentoring relationship in the modern apprenticeship system.Mainly including the full consideration of apprentice age factors,reasonable control of the number of mentoring combination,select the right firm size,limit reasonable internship time,strictly control the mentoring daily get along time,pay attention to the choice and training of teachers,attention apprenticeship training for the preparation,clear the establishment of mentoring relations and strengthen the effectiveness of protection and so on. |
