With the transformation of the economy and the upgrading of the industrial structure,the demand for high-quality technical talents is increasing.And the higher requirements for the development of vocational education are put forward.Many western countries pay attention to modern apprenticeship,and they are actively exploring the modern apprenticeship system which is suitable for their own development.Modern apprenticeship system is superior to other talents training mode,which can improve the technical level and comprehensive quality of vocational education students.Teachers and enterprise masters are responsible for the students ' learning in the practice teaching.The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic and important relationship in the teaching and learning activities.One of the keys to the success of the modern apprenticeship system lies in the individualized educational process between teachers and students.Based on the definition of relevant concepts,this paper probes into the connotation and operation mode of modern apprenticeship system in vocational education and reviews the historical evolution of the relationship between teachers and students in the modern apprenticeship system of Vocational education.The Shandong province 8 modern apprenticeship pilot colleges as the research object,the study found that the presence of communication between students and teachers,lack of teacher authority and the neglect of emotion and culture in the teaching process.By using the theory of interaction between teachers and students,the modern concept of students,tacit knowledge theory,it is concluded that the ideal relationship between teachers and students in modern apprenticeship of vocational education is the pass of craftsman's spirit,characterization of skill transfer,emotional transmission and cultural transmission.By students updating concept,humbly learn technology,teachers improve skills and transfer ingenuity,further cooperation between school and enterprise,Carry out cultural education.Constructing a new type of relationship between teachers and students in modern apprenticeship system ofVocational education,passing craftsman's spirit.
