| The modern apprenticeship system is a talent training model based on the in-depth school-enterprise cooperation under the support and guarantee of the state, under the joint guidance of dual teachers(teachers and masters),with a joint training with professional courses as the bridge and student training as the core. And it is also an important measure to deepen the integration of production and education,to promote the development of vocational education, and to culture a large number of professional and technical talents for the society. The teacher-student relationship in the modern apprenticeship system mainly includes the “master-disciple relationship” in the internship process and the teacher-student relationship in professional curriculum learning.Professional course is an important way for students to master basic professional knowledge, practical skills, development concepts and innovative thinking and abilities.Whether the teacher-student relationship in professional courses meet the necessary of modern apprenticeships, not only affects teaching activities and the development of students’ academic and mental development, but also affects the dual teachers-student relationship in the following practice. Therefore, building a democratic, equal and harmonious teacher-student relationship from the perspective of modern apprenticeship is the common goal of teachers, students, schools, and parents. It is an important guarantee for promoting the healthy development of teachers and students, and for accelerating the vocational education. In this research,we took Lanzhou X Vocational School Landscape Architecture as a case, and used questionnaire survey and interview methods to conduct empirical investigations on all students and teachers in professional courses, then analyzed the relationship from the three dimensions of interactive content, interactive process, and interactive effect, from the perspective of modern apprenticeship. As a result, there are fewer conflicts between teachers and students, but the relationship is full of awe and relatively alienated, such as lacking effective communication and equal exchange, being in awe of teachers as students, lacking trust and understanding, lacking respect, understanding and encouragement to students as teacher. And the teacher-student relationship was related to class members or non-class members, class teachers or nonclass teachers,left-behind students or non-left-behind students. The interaction content between teachers and students was not enough educational, the interaction process was not bidirectional and the interaction is not effective. On this basis, some specific suggestions are proposed from the aspects of teachers, students, schools and families in order to improve teacher-student relationship under the modern apprenticeship system. The research truly reflected the teacher-student relationship in secondary vocational professional courses in the case school, analyzed its problems and causes from the perspective of modern apprenticeship, and proposed targeted improvements,in order to provide reference for the construction of a harmonious teacher-student relationship. |
