Abstract/Summary:
In the context of the current era,companies have an increasingly strong demand for high-quality skilled talents,and the key professional abilities of employees have become an important aspect of the company’s employment.In terms of cultivating high-quality skilled talents,secondary vocational schools bear important responsibilities.However,most secondary vocational schools in our country pay more attention to cultivating skilled and practical talents and still adopt traditional teaching methods,which leads to the learning of secondary vocational students.Low interest and insufficient development of key professional abilities.At the same time,relevant national policies also propose to deepen the integration of vocational education,production and education,conform to industry development trends and corporate talent requirements,and do a good job of evaluation and feedback on the quality of talent training.It can be seen that cultivating students’ key professional abilities will become a key concern of secondary vocational schools.The action-oriented teaching model is a teaching model that combines the learning process with the work process.It helps students feel the working status in advance,and promotes the cultivation of students’ key professional abilities in group cooperation.This research will build an action-oriented teaching model based on the learning communication platform,and conduct a practical study of this model with the course of "Multimedia Technology Application" in secondary vocational schools as an example.The author conducts the research work from the following five parts.The first part describes the research background and research significance,summarizes the research status of action-oriented teaching,professional key ability training at home and abroad,and the research status of the domestic learning platform,and the research ideas and research methods of this article,The research content is explained.The second part clarifies the concepts of secondary vocational schools,action-oriented teaching models,vocational key abilities,and learning skills,defines the individual abilities of the three competence categories involved in vocational key abilities,and analyzes the theoretical basis of this research,which is a model The construction provides a theoretical basis.The third part builds an action-oriented teaching model based on the investigation of the current situation of vocational key ability training of secondary vocational students,the current situation of teaching of secondary vocational teachers,and the feasibility analysis of the research,combined with the functional characteristics of the learning platform.This model includes work tasks,small group work,Five links are planned,decision-making,implementation plan,and inspection and evaluation.The fourth part takes the "Multimedia Technology Application" course in secondary vocational schools as an example,through two rounds of action research to verify the newly constructed teaching mode,and analyze and summarize its practical effects.The fifth part summarizes the research as a whole,analyzes the shortcomings of the research and looks forward to the future.The results show that,firstly,the learning-through platform has a good support for the action-oriented teaching model suitable for vocational colleges.Secondly,the action-oriented teaching model can focus on tasks and promote students to participate in the learning process.Finally,the action-oriented teaching model based on the learning platform has a good effect on the cultivation of vocational students’ key vocational abilities.It has a certain degree of reference significance for the teaching reform of vocational schools.This model is operable for teachers in vocational schools,but it also puts forward higher requirements for teachers.
