Vocational education plays a major role in the national education system and human resources development and an important way to cultivate skilled personnel in China.Vocational education plays the more crucial role in China’s overall construction of a modern socialist country and under the background of high-quality development of education.General Secretary Xi Jinping made important instructions on vocational education work in April 2021,emphasizing that we will move faster to develop a modern vocational education system to train more highly qualified technical and skilled workers,skilled craftsmen,and craftsmen of large countries.In the past five years,China’s secondary vocational education has achieved rapid development and gratifying achievement,cultivated a large number of knowledgeable and skilled labor force,and accelerated economic growth and social development.But it is irrefutable that the development of vocational education in China is still unbalanced and inadequate.For example,incomplete major setting caused the students lack of social adaptability,the content of professional skills courses is becoming more and more obvious.As a result,students’ comprehensive ability and professional skills are not solid enough to meet the needs of the society under the rapid development of The Times.Therefore,secondary vocational education needs to constantly reform education and teaching,improve the quality of classroom teaching,improve the level of students’ employability,so as far as possible to adapt to the development of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry to the needs of skilled talents and high-quality workers.In this study,Action-oriented teaching method and Team-based learning method are combined,and putted the Action-oriented and Team-based learning method in to the course of Web Design.Firstly,narrates the research background,the research status of Action-oriented teaching method and Team-based learning method in China and oversea,as well as the purpose,details and means of teaching research.Secondly,it overviews the core concepts and foundational theories of Action-oriented teaching method and Team-based learning method.Thirdly,combined with the current situation of the course,the questionnaire consequence of students,interviews of teachers and the survey results of the work demand of enterprises,analyzes the current problems in classroom teaching.Fourthly,integrates the results of data analysis,takes improving students’ comprehensive vocational ability as the starting point,adheres to the principle of closely combining teaching content and job requirements,creates the "Actionoriented + Team-learning" teaching method,and forms a "student-centered,team-based learning" teaching method.Project-oriented,task-driven,team competition as the form" of linear teaching design ideas and practice.Fifthly,the author selects Class 1and Class 2 of 2019 computer class in a vocational college in Jilin Province as the comparative objects.On the basis of the same objective factors,Class 1 used"Action-oriented +Team-based Learning" teaching method,and Class 2 used traditional teaching method.At the end of the course,we compare the results of the students’ innovation ability,professional skill ability,team cooperation ability and so on,and verify the teaching effect of "Action-oriented + Team-based Learning".The results show that the assessment data of all aspects of the classes using the "Action-oriented +Team-based learning" approach have been significantly improved,as well as the students’ comprehensive professional ability.Sixthly,in view of the insufficiency which in the teaching practice exists,carries on the improvement analysis,will provide the theory basis for the future teaching practice development.
