The release and implementation of the new vocational education law and 20 articles of vocational education reflect the country’s demand and importance for high-quality technical and skilled talents.Secondary vocational education plays a role in laying a solid foundation for the cultivation of technical and skilled talents.At present,there is a general situation of low efficiency in classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools.Secondary vocational schools lack the process assessment of students and seriously neglect the cultivation of non-professional abilities.The Hug Teaching Mode has been introduced by many local governments in China and has been carried out teaching reform experiments in middle and high vocational colleges.So far,it has achieved good practical results.Business majors in secondary vocational schools provide technical and technical talents for China’s business and trade industries.Exploring how to implement teaching more effectively in business majors in secondary vocational schools meets the objective needs of Chinese secondary vocational education.Based on the above research background,this study summarizes the relevant teaching practice experience and research results of the Hug Teaching Mode by combing and analyzing the domestic and foreign literature,defines the concepts of the parts of the theoretical framework of the teaching model that are different from the domestic scholars,and looks for the appropriate application way of the Hug Teaching Mode in business professional courses.This paper uses the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of the teaching of the course "International Freight Forwarding Practice" in secondary vocational schools.It is found that teachers seldom use action-oriented classes,students lack the dominant position,and classroom learning efficiency is low.The feasibility and effectiveness of the implementation of Hug Teaching Mode in this course are tested by educational experiment and questionnaire survey,and it is proved that students’ methodological,social and professional abilities have been significantly improved through the classroom learning of Hug Teaching Mode.The overall teaching experiment results of Hug Teaching Mode show that after the study of the Mode of International Freight Forwarding Practice,students’ professional action ability has been well developed and the expected teaching effect has been achieved.This study applies the Hug Teaching Mode to the course "International Freight Forwarding Practice" in vocational schools,in order to guide the teaching practice of business majors in vocational schools,improve the teaching effectiveness of business majors in secondary vocational schools,and provide reference for the application research of the Hug Teaching Mode of the financial and commercial majors in secondary vocational schools by applying the Huge teaching mode to the course of International Freight Forwarding Practice.
