In the current development process of education industry in China,the cultivation of students’ comprehensive literacy has become very important,which is also very common in the stage of secondary vocational education.As for the secondary vocational education system,in the current development,it has also begun to respond positively to the strategic content of applied talents training in our country,and began to integrate the content of career planning into the personnel training system in an all-round way,so as to ensure that every student can make clear their future development direction after graduation,and adapt to the environment of industry posts as soon as possible.In this case,the personnel training system of various secondary vocational schools has changed to some extent,starting to base on the core quality of students to carry out career planning,changing the pattern of the entire education system.However,it should be noted that there are still some secondary vocational schools in China that do not grasp the content of students’ core literacy,and there are also significant shortcomings in students’ career planning.This also makes a considerable number of secondary vocational schools in our country have significant deficiencies in the final talent training results,which need to be adjusted and improved in the follow-up development.It can really promote the integration of the education system of secondary vocational schools with the current talent training strategy advocated by our country,and promote our vocational education system to a new era and pattern.The first part of this paper elaborates the background of the whole research,makes a comprehensive analysis of the current research status and trends,and summarizes the methods used in the research.In the second part of this paper,the core literacy and the overall content of career planning of secondary vocational school students are analyzed,and these conceptual knowledge is clarified,which lays a solid foundation for the follow-up study.The third part of this paper takes Guangdong W Vocational School as an example.First,it analyses the actual situation and the basic status of the students’ career in Guangdong W Vocational School.Then it shows the current employment concept and employment status of the students in Guangdong W Vocational School.Through the content of the questionnaire,it focuses on the problems of the students’ employment in Guangdong W Vocational School.Finally,the causes of these problems are analyzed.The fourth part of this paper only focuses on the relevant content of core literacy education,clarifies the relationship between core literacy and career planning,and puts forward the important ways and Countermeasures to carry out career planning education for secondary vocational students under the background of core literacy.Through the analysis and exploration of these parts,it can provide a significant reference for various vocational schools in China to carry out student career planning,as well as to improve students’ core literacy and other contents.
