| Improving students’ labor quality by strengthening students’ labor education is of great significance to the growth of students and the development of the country.However,most of the research objects of previous scholars on labor education are groups high school,and scholars who study elementary school students are still rare.Therefore,the author decided to investigate and study several primary schools in a certain county in Guangdong,to investigate and understand the current situation and improvement measures of primary school labor education management.The research of this topic is designed based on Suhomlinsky’s labor education thought and Marx’s labor education thought.The theme is the current situation of primary school labor education management research.The method used in this study is questionnaire survey and interview.Four primary schools in Z County(A/B/C/D)as the research object,focusing on the status quo,problems of primary school labor education management and factors affecting primary school labor education management,providing useful strategies for more effective labor education management,The specific research questions are as follows:1.What is the current situation of primary school labor education management?2.What are the problems of primary school labor education management?3.What are the factors affecting the development of primary school labor education?4.How to make primary school labor education management effective?After investigation,it is found that the current problems of primary school labor education are: 1.The school lacks labor experimental bases inside and outside the school;2.The teaching method of labor courses is relatively simple;3.The school labor education class are often occupied;4.The number of labor education teachers is insufficient and the quality is not enough to meet the demand;5.The school does not have a sound labor education organization and implementation institution;6.The evaluation system of labor education curriculum is not perfect.To analyze the influencing factors,mainly from schools,families,teachers,and society.And proposed a solution.At the school education,it is suggested that we should change the traditional concept of labor education,expand the base of labor education,enrich the content of labor curriculum,perfect the evaluation system,strengthen the training of teachers,and make the labor teachers professional.At the labour education of students,students should obey the arrangement and management of the school,insist on learning from doing,and realize the significance of labor education.Improve their self-confidence,autonomy and consciousness,strictly request themselves,pay attention to labor education everywhere in life,always remind themselves to improve their own labor quality and comprehensive quality.Actively communicate with students and teachers to express their ideas.In family labor education,parents should first communicate with their children,care more about their children’s learning conditions,daily life,and arrange their children’s housework as much as they can in their leisure time.Or let children participate in community activities to help neighborhood villagers.The whole society should create an ideological atmosphere of respecting workers,respecting the achievements of labor and loving the working people.The employing unit regards labor quality as an important factor in evaluating graduate students,and works with colleges and universities to train the successors of socialist construction with higher labor quality.At the same time,to provide primary schools with labor places,funds,knowledge training and other convenient conditions and support.Due to the limitations of time and research objects,this study also has shortcomings,and further research is needed. |
