Under the background of the dynamic adjustment of industrial structure and the continuous improvement of industrial level,the management of labor relations plays an important role in such aspects as the improvement of production efficiency,the guarantee of product quality,the stability of staff as well as customers.Company F,as a non-public enterprise,belonging to the electronic manufacturing industry,has a certain of distinctiveness in its labor relations.At present,Company F is in the period of transformation and upgrading,while the shareholders require profitreturn,and the customers require high-quality products.Under the control of dual capital forces,workers demand decent work and take the initiative to use legal rights.With gradually increasing labor dispute cases and obviously growing labor costs,the labor relations contradictions and conflicts of the Company increasingly regularizes.In this context,based on the theories including Marxist theory of labor relations,social comparison theory and psychological contract theory,using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods,combined with the actual situation of the Company,adopting the methods of documentation,case study,questionnaire survey,and in-depth interview,this thesis starts with the current situation of the Company’s labor relations,finds out that there are such problems as the relatively weak consciousness of improving labor relations at the top of the enterprise;the form of collective negotiation and collective contract is more important than the content;the system of labor relations is not sound enough;and the workers’ sense of identity and sense of belonging is not strong.This paper analyzes the reasons for these problems,and finds out that the main reasons for the formation of labor relations lie in that the humanistic concern of enterprises for workers is far from enough;that the implementation of labor relations system is not in place;that the lack of professional personnel in labor relations,and the unstable labor relations caused by enterprise employment system.Finally,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures,such as optimizing and improving the management standard of labor relations,establishing the improvement system of labor relations,and strengthening the construction of professional and high-quality talents,so as to realize the improvement,implementation and guarantee of labor relations.This thesis is helpful for the employees to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests,to propel the stable development of enterprises,to promote the improvement and harmony of labor relations,and to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to a certain extent with great practical significance.
