Teachers are the foundation of the country,the source of the country,and the first resource of educational development.Teacher mobility is a common phenomenon in social mobility and an effective means to promote the allocation of teachers and improve the overall quality of teachers.However,in the context of urban-rural dual differentiation,the balance between urban and rural teachers has been broken,and the disordered flow of teachers leads to the relative poverty of rural education resources.Although the country attaches more and more importance to the construction of rural teacher team,the flow problem is still severe.Therefore,in order to promote the steady development of rural education and effectively revitalize high-quality education resources,this study takes the influencing factors and the willingness to flow as the research perspective to explore the influence and degree of different factors on the willingness to flow of rural teachers.This study takes rural teachers’ willingness to flow as the starting point.In the first step,it analyzes the current situation of rural teachers’ flow and summarizes the existing problems in their flow.Second,on the basis of the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this study are determined,and the specific research scope and research methods are defined.The third step is to put forward the research hypothesis of this study,compile the questionnaire and test the rationality of the questionnaire.The fourth step is to obtain research data through field research,and conduct data screening and integration processing.The fifth step is empirical analysis and hypothesis testing.The sixth step is to summarize and make suggestions according to the results of empirical analysis.A central part of this study,the demographic variables,work reward,interpersonal relationship,working load,the school environment,such as conflict between family variables as the research of the independent variable,will flow intention as the dependent variable in the study of rural teachers,by building a regression model,analysis the influence extent of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable and the final research conclusion.The results show that the mobility intention of rural teachers in Hua County is mainly intra-occupational mobility,and generally presents the upward mobility characteristic of "town-orientation".According to the results of regression analysis,among the demographic variables,whether teachers major and working experience are negatively correlated with rural teachers’ willingness to move,while school location and family residence are positively correlated with rural teachers’ willingness to move.Among the dimensionality variables,job reward,interpersonal relationship,school environment and home-school conflict have significantly positive effects on rural teachers’ mobility intention.On this basis,the following suggestions are put forward:First,to improve the policy of teacher mobility and implement the mechanism of urban and rural job rotation;Second,the establishment of network public service platform;Third,appropriately improve rural teachers’ work returns;Fourth,build harmonious interpersonal relationship;Fifth,to create a sound school environment;Sixth,pay attention to the impact of the conflict between home and school.In order to finally achieve the purpose of promoting the reasonable flow of rural teachers in Hua County and promoting the positive development of rural education.
