Study On The Self-Organization Cultivation Path Of "Village To Residence" Community

This study adopts the case study method and takes the practice of self-organization cultivation of the watchmen along the Yangtze River in the Tib community of NJ City as an example to analyze the causes of the difficulties in self-organization cultivation of the "village to residence" community by using the three elements of social capital theory: social relationship network,social trust and social norms.Moreover,social workers are involved.Then it explores the cultivation path of self-organization of "village to residence" community from three aspects: social relationship network,social trust and social norms.The author combed the from social capital theory of social trust,social norms,social relations network from three aspects,the home village changed community self-organizing cultivation practice process of the difficulties and challenges,and to explore the home village changed community self-organizing cultivation path,for "the home village changed" community self-organizing process of cultivating and developing of BSFLP,Continually enrich the practice summary and academic research of social work in governance of different types of communities.In the study,the author finds that: first,to realize the self-organization cultivation of "village to residence" community still faces some difficulties,behind which is actually the difficulty in the construction and maintenance of social capital in the community.Second,the practical logic of self-organization cultivation of "village to residence" community is to cultivate self-organization and further build social capital on the basis of the lack of social capital in the community,and make it feed back the community in the consolidation and maintenance of social capital in "village to residence" community,so as to achieve sustainable development.Among them,community trust,community norm and community relationship network play an important role.Community capital is not only an important resource for community self-organization cultivation,but also an important factor for realizing the sustainable development of self-organization of "village to residence" community.Third,in the context of the linkage of "four societies",based on the needs of the "village-to-residence" community,community residents and community cultural background considerations,find self-organization leaders,explore and cultivate community social capital,and facilitate the benign interaction among communities,social organizations,social workers and members of self-organization.
