Social Work Involved In The "Village To Residence" Community Culture Construction Research

With the rapid development of urbanization,a new type of community "village to residence" community " somewhere between urban and rural communities has emerged."Village to village" community has played a certain positive role in the process of rural urbanization development,but it also faces many problems in the process of development,among which,the most important problem is how to effectively govern it,and culture,as one of the important means of community governance,is more valued by the state."Village to village" community has both the characteristics of urban community and rural community,and has its uniqueness,that is,"non-agricultural non-city,agriculture and city",which contains complex cultural factors and cultural conflicts.Effective to "village house" community culture construction,with social work professional perspective,explore the rural culture and urban culture,red culture,community culture,mobilize"village in" community workers and volunteer enthusiasm and initiative,make full use of cultural function,stimulate community endogenous power,the construction of "village house" community culture and stimulate grassroots governance efficiency,promote the construction of national social management system and management ability modernization is of great significance.In this paper,Community D,W Town,Ordos City,was selected as the research object,Further analysis of the current situation of community cultural construction,And from the aspects of cultural construction,space,system and other aspects of D community cultural construction difficulties,Based on the ecological perspective,Analyzing the causes of all levels of "village to residence" community cultural construction,At the macro level,the management mechanism,talent team construction and publicity work are discussed from the perspective of the community,At the microscopic level,Social workers conduct group work with community workers and volunteers in community D,Mobilize the various forces of the community,Starting from the cultural characteristics of the D community,Assist the community workers to activate the new functions of the community culture,It provides a new idea for building the innovative mode of changing "village to residence" community culture.The full text consists of five parts: introduction,text and summary:the introduction part expounds the research background and function.On the basis of summarizing the research results of other scholars,the theoretical and practical significance of this study is pointed out.The data collection mainly adopts the unstructured interview method and participation observation method.On the basis of field investigation,the author first summarized the current situation of D community cultural construction,and evaluated and analyzed it.Combined with the survey content,found D existing problems of community culture construction,involving social,community and individual level,including community public cultural space,community culture construction lack of multiple subject participation,community culture system structure loose,isomorphic homogeneity tendency,lack of cultural construction uniqueness and inheritance,poor subjectivity,etc.Secondly,based on the investigation problems,the practical intervention of social work,which is divided into the intervention of cultural activities and the intervention of social work professional method group;finally,the empirical countermeasures to promote the cultural construction of community D and "village to residence" community.
