| With the continuous awakening of civic consciousness,community governance has increasingly become an important way for residents to participate in community construction and state management.At the same time,with the acceleration of urbanization,a large number of village-to-resident communities have emerged in China,and many villagers have begun to complete legal identity transformations and move into buildings to become "new citizens".Village reform communities not only have the uniqueness of "semi-acquainted communities",but also have the breadth of "urban communities" and "rural communities".Against this background,the governance of village reform communities has become an indispensable and important content of grassroots governance.As one of the main subjects involved in community governance,social work institutions should actively play a synergy role in the construction of village reform community governance.This paper takes the Y institution that carries out governance work in Qingdao W Community as the research object,makes full use of multi-center theory and community governance theory,understands the development process of the community,the governance situation before and after the community relocation through observation,literature research,interview and other methods,and clarifies the problems existing in the village reform community,and A lot of work has been carried out to solve the problems of the community,and a series of governance results have been achieved.However,at the same time,a series of problems in the process of social work institutions have also been exposed.This study combines and analyzes the community situation with the effectiveness and problems of Y institutions involved in village and residential community governance,and puts forward Y institutions to optimize their own construction.Suggestions to promote self-development,finally achieve the goal of achieving the benign development of Y institutions and community "good governance",and will provide experience for other social work institutions to intervene in village reform community governance. |
