With the continuous deepening of China's comprehensive education reform,vocational education has also entered a new stage of high-quality development.The main task of vocational education in China is to train applied and skilled talents with certain cultural level and professional knowledge for the socialist cause,so as to serve local industrial development and social and economic construction.Local vocational colleges should combine the local reality,promote the integration of industry and education,pay close attention to the supply-demand relationship between the school supply side and enterprises,and train high-quality skilled talents for the development of local characteristic industries.The construction of characteristic and innovative courses is an important part of vocational education and teaching,and an important support to ensure the quality of personnel training in vocational colleges.Closely centering on the needs of the development of local characteristic industries,the construction of characteristic courses,the selection of characteristic teaching contents,the reform of teaching mode and the implementation of integrated teaching are important guarantees to achieve the goal of personnel training in vocational education.Based on the concept of integration of industry and education,this paper focuses on the actual demand for skilled talents in the development of olive characteristic pillar industry in Longnan City,Gansu Province,and the dual goals of characteristic curriculum development and construction in local agricultural and forestry vocational schools.guided by the paradigm of curriculum development of "work process systematization",this paper summarizes the relevant research literature,and defines the concepts of work process systematization and school-based curriculum development.This paper expounds the systematic curriculum development theory of work process and the process theory of learning domain.On this basis,Tianshui N School in Gansu Province was selected as the pilot school for curriculum development.Taking the course of olive processing Technology as an example,questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate and analyze relevant enterprises.The process of development is described in detail by observing and recording specific work tasks,screening typical work tasks,induction of action areas,learning domain transformation and learning situation design.The implementation plan,development principle and development evaluation of the course are introduced.Taking "Identification and Analysis of Olive Fruit quality" and "quality Inspection of Olive Oil" as examples,the cases are displayed and explained from the aspects of "situation introduction,task decomposition,task description,implementation process,description of related information,task preparation and implementation,exhibit display,situation summary,after-class exercises and work report sheet".At the same time,taking the identification and analysis of olive fruit quality in the late growth period as an example,the teaching design was carried out through the six-step method of "information,decision-making,planning,implementation,inspection and evaluation".Finally,it makes a summary and prospect of this paper,and reflects on the shortcomings of the research.This paper is based on the systematic work process of "olive processing technology" school-based curriculum development with the real work situation as the link,to cultivate both cultural and scientific literacy,but also have a strong comprehensive professional ability and sustainable development ability of skilled personnel as the core,in order to serve the development of local olive characteristic industry.The research results not only enrich the characteristic curriculum content of agriculture-related majors,but also provide new ideas for innovative curriculum development.
