| The idea of cooperative learning has always been contained in every link of education and teaching management activities.Many scholars have been constantly thinking and exploring group cooperative learning in class,made specific experimental research,and formed a mature ideological system.Through the implementation of group cooperative learning in the class,the cognitive and affective functions of teaching can be better exerted,and the development of students in all aspects of knowing and doing affective learning can be promoted.However,at present,group cooperative learning is commonly used in Chinese,Mathematics,English and other primary and middle school courses,while the application of practical training courses for accounting major in secondary vocational schools is relatively rare.But the current this kind of training class of classroom management are in trouble,need to find a kind of can cultivate the students’ social adaptability and can reflect the students’ individual initiative to improve the situation.In view of this,this study try to have a history of cooperative learning group and combined with Chinese characteristics "mentoring",in the accounting computerization curriculum as the breakthrough point,based on the computerized accounting class,select two classes students as the research object,the experimental class adopted the "mentoring" group cooperative learning classroom management,and that in comparative classes continue to adopt the traditional classroom management,classroom experiment study for a semester.It is found that group cooperative learning can be used to improve the management of classroom environment,classroom discipline and classroom interpersonal relationship,so as to improve students’ academic performance,stimulate students’ learning motivation,activate the classroom atmosphere,cultivate the cooperation awareness and improve teacher-student relationship.However,due to the limitations of teachers,students and schools,to a certain extent,it may affect the effective implementation of the classroom management of "mentoring" group cooperative learning in computerization of accounting.Aiming at the possible shortcomings,this study put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions,further discusses the accounting computerization "mentoring" group cooperative learning classroom management strategies and patterns,to dig deeper into the "mentoring" the value of group cooperative learning in secondary vocational training courses,hoping to provide reference and experience for other training courses,training of secondary vocational accounting major of some inspiration to the classroom management. |
