In recent years,vocational education has been placed in a prominent position in education reform,economic and social development in China,and secondary vocational education has also shown great importance.However,the public has been prejudiced against secondary vocational education,which leads to the difficulty in enrolling students in secondary vocational education and the shortage of skilled workers.In addition,according to the data released by the Ministry of Education,the number of secondary vocational schools is higher than that of vocational schools,and the enrollment scale of secondary vocational education is obviously larger.Students face a critical period of choice after graduation from junior high school,and the current student group generally do not realize that entering secondary vocational schools and mastering a skill can also realize the value of life.Based on this background,this paper,starting from the mass media’s news reports on secondary vocational education,tries to explore the content and the reporting form of the current secondary vocational education news,and further explores the communication effect of the secondary vocational education news based on the summary of the reporting form.First of all,this paper analyzes the news of secondary vocational education from2019 to 2020 on the APP of The Paper by means of content analysis,including the analysis of the reporting theme,reporting tendency,news source,presentation mode etc.Thus,the presentation content and presentation methods of the image of secondary vocational education are summarized.The results show that: in terms of reporting content,secondary vocational education has the characteristics of "constant policy dividend","Party and government departments pay attention to","building a great country craftsman","bad campus atmosphere",etc.In terms of reporting form,mass media has the advantage of reliable sources of information,but it has the disadvantage of single presentation mode and lack of in-depth reporting.In addition,based on the content analysis of the relevant conclusions,this paper determines the independent variable of the experiment,presentation mode(pure text report,picture report and video report)as independent variable,involvement degree(high and low)as moderating variable,and communication effect as dependent variable,this paper explores the influence of presentation mode on the communication effect of secondary vocational education news.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:among the three types of reports,video report produces the best communication effect for both the audience with high involvement and the audience with low involvement,while the communication effect of text report is the weakest.Finally,summarize and consider the full text,and put forward relevant suggestions for the practice of secondary vocational education report.
