Access To The Community Home Care Service For The Elderly Who Lost Their Only Child

In 1982,the family planning policy as a basic national policy began to be widely carried out in China.Under the influence of the policy,families began to lose their only child for various reasons,and gradually reached a certain number.Due to the death of their only child,the bereaved elderly have different needs for life security from ordinary families.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the provision of basic security and service for the bereaved elderly.The solution to the problem of the elderly who have lost their only child is of great significance in the study of the problem of the elderly who have lost their only child.Only when the needs of the elderly who have lost their only child are responded and the elderly who have lost their only child are comforted can the effectiveness of government policies be truly exerted,so as to maintain social harmony.Of this study is to introduce the concept of "accessibility" community home endowment service areas,such as strong suitability of supply and demand theory,mainly adopt the method of in-depth interviews and participatory observation,from the service availability of suitability,acceptability and the availability of three dimension research lost old man alone in Shanghai community home endowment service accessibility status quo.According to the existing analytical accessibility model,the analysis framework of this paper is built,and the interview outline is designed according to the framework,so as to obtain the first-hand data of the accessible sexual knowledge of the elderly who have lost their only child.As a typical service for the elderly who have lost their only child purchased by the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission,the services provided by S social organization have been gradually extended to the community home care services for the elderly who have lost their only child.It is feasible to provide more professional community home care services for the elderly who have lost their only child.Therefore,this study takes the service usage provided by the S social organization as an example to understand the service received and used by the elderly who have lost their only child in X area,and concludes that the service has weak accessibility.Finally,suggestions are put forward to improve the service accessibility from the three aspects of supply,delivery and use.
