This work is the result of a depth analysis and comparison of the training systems of physical education teachers in Russia and China.In the process of writing,data on education systems in physical culture and sports,their historical characteristics,genesis,similarities and differences between the training systems of physical education teachers in these two countries were studied and systematic.Some works on the characterization of the Chinese education system in the field of physical culture and sports,as well as some works about the Russian system,can be noted,but the range of scientific research on the comparative plan is extremely low.With this work,we are trying to fill the gap,as the purpose and objectives of this study are of theoretical and practical importance.The purpose of the research:By consistently studying the individual elements of the system of training future physical education teachers in Russia and China,to conduct a comparative analysis of systems to identify the structural and organizational features of the system in each country,as well as to determine the ideological and historical and cultural features of the educational process,affecting the development and processes of academic mobility.Research objectives:1.Study and comparison of the development of education and sports education of the People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation;2.Compare and identify the main similarities and differences in the training of physical education teachers;3.Identify problems and provide recommendationsThe development and formation of education and sports of the People’s Republic of China and Russian Federation was analyzed and systematized.The study revealed similarities and differences in professional preparation of physical education teachers.Problems were identified in both training systems and recommendations were provided.Similarities were revealed:1.The training of a physical culture teacher is a holistic pedagogical process,during which his personality is formed,the development of general and professional culture is formed,professional readiness is formed,professional competence is formed,thus laying the foundations of the professionalism of the teacher.2.Requirements for admission to universities in China and Russia for the bachelor’s degree "Physical Education"is the same in general terms.3.Physical education is an integral part of the educational process,and the lesson is compulsory in all educational institutions in both countries.4.The main task of physical education is to improve children’s health and prepare them for the future life.5.Organization of individual training programs for students,including a variety of elective courses.6.Professional preparation of "physical education" corresponds to the educational standards of higher professional education,the content and structure of the programs objectively implement the goals.Differences were revealed:1.Russian program on the educational discipline of"physical culture" has a low degree of ideological load.2.In the educational plan of the Russian universities,a lot of attention is paid to subjects of psychological orientation.3.In China,the education program includes national types of gymnastics and games.4.The purpose of the undergraduate program at Chinese sports universities is to learn one foreign language to a level that allows you to study foreign literature carefully in the specialty and provides sufficient conversational training.5.Some equirements for admission to universities in China for the bachelor’s degree "Physical Education" include marriage status,age and high.6.In China,the time allotted for educational practice is much longer.Currently,there is an acute shortage of physical education teachers in Russia from schools and kindergartens.In this regard Russia should solve some problems with the motivation of student.It is important to create a favorable environment for people to work as a physical education teacher.It is also important to note that the influence of teachers is great and the training of highly qualified teaching staff at the university is necessary.In time we should implement and conduct training on modern technologies,monitor the certification and professional development of teachers.As a result,we can note that the systems of training physical education teachers in Russia and China has many similarities and differences due to the fact that countries are actively engaged in the exchange of experience and knowledge.Even though there is a huge difference in the cultures and characters of the two countries,their paths move forward,and the desire to achieve the ideal helps them in this way. |
