A Comparative Study Between Chinese And Russia Postgraduate Education

At the beginning of the new century,a new era of knowledge and economy based on knowledge, drived by scientific research and consider the person of exceptional ability talent as the key quietly enters the stage of history in the human lives. On the international trend of moving toward the knowledge-based world ,it has always been taken into the first consideration that attaches great importance to and develops the higher education as the strategy to win the competaton and compete the strength by each country. As the highest class in the education system,the postgraduated education will gradually has the higer position and more effection. It has so far aroused the most great attention in the national range as the role of cultivating higher talent , especially the role of innovating the knowledge. The level and the developing speed of a country's postgruduated education may to a certain extent show the strength of science and technowledge in this country, and even further more affact the country' intergrated power. Therefore , the important strategical position of the postgraduated education in the whole education system has gained wide attention by the government and education field in each country. Through reviewing the postgraduated education's historical development in both China and Russia to compare them and get the reason ,we may find some valuable example and new reform idea for the healthy development and steady improvement of the postgraduated education.The research of his subject may be divided into six parts: The first part define the conseptions which are easily to cause the different meanings. Through the contrastive analysis in different stratification, we may discover the similar and difference between the two counties in the postgraduated education. The fourth part through to the China and Russia postgraduate education's comparison, finding the shoutages in both of this two kinds of postgraduated education , and analyze them. The fifth part focus on analyzing the reasons for the difference in the two countries ' postfruduated education. From the traditional culthure ,the political factor,the transition of the universal situation and so on. The last part proposes certain reform measures for the current postgraduate education in our country according to combinating our national condition and referencing the conclusion analyzed above.
