For a long time, the course constitution of Chinese teachers'education belongs to a kind of mode of"the academic basis", which presents the characteristics that the single academics develops a type deeply and the professional characteristics of teachers are not highlighted. At present, all the countries of the world takes the education science courses into the professional lessons in the course of carrying out the teachers'change in professions and regards the teachers'education profession as the teachers'change in professions and regards the teachers'education profession as the marking course. Owing to this, Chinese teachers'education should not be argued between"academic"and"teacher training"but we should set up"double profession"course view and constitute the course system, which can present the teachers profession. There are lots of similar aspects between China and Russia in ideology: Political policies, social structure and so on. At the same time, China is influenced by Russia in many aspects: the education structure, teaching method, the education system and education principles and so on. Before the reform and open, our country had been using the former Soviet Union's course construction. Although our country reformed the teachers'education courses after reform and open, the change is not big. After the former Soviet Union's disintegration, Russia, which is the biggest republic ally, has carried on the bigger reform for the teachers'education and the course constitution. From the realistic angle, it is easy to find it to make comparison between Sino-Russian teachers'education in the research of contrasting the current differences. This thesis made a comparison in Sino-Russian countries. The research mainly includes: management system, the development target, the course structure and the course contents. It also put forward the suggestion of the education constitution of the lately period based on the courses. It provides the basis and practical references for enriching and perfecting Chinese teachers'education courses.
