| With the promotion of the reform of basic education in our country,the time of primary school students in school is shortened,and the time of school in public schools is greatly advanced,which is gradually highlighted with the contradiction that parents can not pick up or take care of their children on time because of work and other reasons,and with the opening of the two-child policy in recent years has become more severe.Pupils after school at 03:30has increasingly become a public concern.On March 2,2017,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued "Guidance on doing a good job in after-school service for primary and secondary school students ",encouraging the majority of primary schools to actively carry out after-school service after 03:30 to solve the problem that some parents can not take their children home in time and to meet the needs of students’ personality.What is the actual situation of the active after-school service activities in schools?Based on the analysis of the existing literature,the author investigated H primary school from time,site arrangement,content setting,student participation,teacher allocation and other guarantees,evaluation and cognition,and found that there were some problems in the course of school after-school service,such as limited space,shortage of teachers,single content and some degree of misalignment.In view of these problems,the author found that it is mainly due to its remote geographical location,poor school conditions;insufficient supply of teachers,heavy work burden;propaganda is not strong,learning and understanding is insufficient;evaluation system is absent,system guarantee is not complete and other factors.In order to better carry out its after-school service activities and improve the service level,we also hope to provide some reference for the development of after-school service in the same type of public primary school in China and the exploration and establishment of systematic after-school service system at the government level.The author puts forward the strategies of strengthening propaganda and learning,making after-school service accurate positioning;arousing the enthusiasm of all parties to make after-school service return correctly;innovating content and form,making dynamic adjustment of after-school service;establishing and perfecting the evaluation system of school supervision to promote actual effect;learning and drawing lessons from domestic and foreign experience,seeking common ground,reserving differences and promoting development. |
