| To carry out various after-school service activities comprehensively and deeply is an important measure to solve the "3:30 problem" of China’s current basic education.In primary school students study pressure is generally larger,extracurricular physical training time is difficult to guarantee,physical health go from bad to worse under the background of students,as an effective means,enhanced physique,promote the healthy develop good after-school sports service work,can not only realize the "burden",undertake to the student studies but also by increasing physical exercise time to promote students’ physical health level.It is an important issue to be solved urgently in China’s basic education to enrich the after-school sports service activities of "3:30" and optimize the organization mode of the activities.With pupils "half past three" after-school sports service organization model as the research object,USES the literature material method,interview method,case analysis and logical analysis,analysis of primary school pupils "half past three" after-school sports service organization mode,summarizes pupils "half past three" after-school sports service organization pattern,the problems of The optimization path is proposed for the after-school sports service organization mode of "3:30" for primary school students,and the conclusions are as follows:(1)At present,the main organizational modes of after-school sports service for primary school students include school-school cooperation mode,school-club cooperation mode and school-enterprise cooperation mode.(2)In the "school-school" cooperation mode,the higher education authorities provide financial support to the school,and the university has rich educational resources,providing professional guidance and teacher guarantee for after-school sports services;However,there are some common problems in the school-school cooperation mode,such as unclear rights,responsibilities and benefits,insufficient investment in sports trusteeship funds and contradiction in teacher supply.(3)Under the "school-community" cooperation model,the professional level of after-school service teachers is relatively high,which makes up for the shortage of primary school physical education teachers,increases the choice of school sports programs,and provides more adequate support for students’ diverse sports needs.It really meets the development needs of students;but there are also problems such as insufficient cooperation among the participants in after-school sports services,and lack of perfect rules and regulations and safety management systems.(4)Under the "school-enterprise" cooperation model,the national macro policy has a clear policy orientation.The government allocates funds for special after-school sports service activities to purchase services,clarifies the relationship between the participants,and gives full play to the professional resources of social for-profit institutions.However,there are also problems such as insufficient capital investment,low standardization of service purchase procedures,and weak regulatory evaluation.(5)The optimization of after-school sports service organization mode of "3:30" for primary school students should build a collaborative theoretical mechanism led by the government,assisted by the society and implemented by the school;Improve the mechanism of fund sharing and guarantee and broaden the channels of funds;Establish and perfect assessment mechanism,strengthen organization and management system construction;Establish effective multi-subject supervision mechanism and evaluation incentive mechanism. |
