With the rapid development of China's economy, the gap between urban and rural and regional economic development is widening. A large number of surplus rural labors migrate to the urban lead to the increasing of the size of the floating population. As an important part of the floating population, the number of migrant children is also a corresponding increase. The research paper is to rely on supervisor's project "with a blue sky--- social work intervention to promote Wuhan enrolled children of migrant workers into the city." Migrant children are in a critical period of personality formation when they are in primary and secondary schools, promoting the migrant children integrate themselves in the city can make them psychologically connected with urban standards,and explore the potential of migrant children to cultivate good psychological and social adaptability. "Half past four school" as after-school child care spaces and providing mobile and urban children a platform for interactive communication, to provide a space for migrant children and interactive community for social workers to provide professional services for migrant children to provide platform.As an important carrier,it played an irreplaceable role in promoting urban migrant children into the process.Relying on the project,I establish a "half past four school" in L community.In the early establishment, there has been inadequate funding, weak teachers, the venue is not fixed, the contents of a single chaotic classroom, classroom discipline and student mobility and many other issues, from the social capital theory, I concerned about the "half past four school" within the network and with other community groups between mutual trust and attention state "half-past four school" with community members and other internal populations, emphasis on "half past four school "community participation for the" "to establish contacts, links to resources, and resolve the problems appeared in the process of building“Half past four school "By the early 'half past four school "building practices, observation and interviews,for the" half past four school "the problems in the construction process, the use of methods of social work, community work and group work to carry out practices. The study found: "half-past four school" is able to respond effectively to the needs of migrant children in school, safety, peer interaction terms. At the same time the network of social capital theory, reciprocity, trust and community participation stressed"half past four school " construction process can play a positive role. In the study, there are some regrets, such as too much emphasis on the construction of "half past four school" organized focus groups and needs of migrant children, and lack of concern for the individual migrant children and their parents, "half past four school" is still lacking sources of funding to maintain long-term development, the irrational distribution of staff,which are to be further explored...
