Technician colleges are an important part of higher vocational education,and are a training ground for high-skilled talents whose main goal is to train technicians and senior technicians.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to strengthen the social psychological service system and cultivate self-esteem,self-confidence,rational peace,and positive social attitude.With the development of the society,there is a certain gap between the source of students in technician colleges and ordinary schools,Most of the technical college students have a weak foundation,poor quality,and serious emotions for learning.At the same time,they are also under various pressures,which are prone to negative emotions and affect physical and mental health;At the same time,students of this age are in the critical period of the formation of the "three outlooks" and have good plasticity.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to pay attention to the psychological health of the students in the technician colleges and cultivate good positive psychological quality.Based on the actual and existing research on the mental health development of students in technician colleges,this study pays attention to the current situation of the development of positive mental quality of students in technician colleges,and proposes to improve the development level of positive mental quality of students in technician colleges by means of group assisted intervention.In this study,first of all,the students of a technician college in Zhejiang Province were selected as the research object,and the scale of positive psychological quality of Chinese primary and secondary school students developed by Wanjin Meng’s team was used.Combined with the characteristics of technician colleges and universities,demographic variables were introduced as research tools,and 557 students of technician college were investigated by questionnaire.Through data analysis,the development of students’ positive psychological quality was understood Secondly,based on the results of investigation and research,according to the situation of students in technician college,the experimental group and control group are set up,and the intervention scheme of group assistance to improve the positive psychological quality of students in technician college is depend with reference to the existing research results,and the 8-week dry pre experiment is carried out.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The development level of students’ positive psychological qualities in technician colleges is lower than that of ordinary primary and secondary school students,and the overall development status is average.Among them,the three dimensions of curiosity,leadership,and innovative thinking are relatively weak.(2)In terms of gender,grade,whether it is an only child,family background,student origin,etc.,there are significant differences in the positive psychological qualities of students in technician colleges in different dimensions.(3)The results of the intervention showed that the experimental class showed significant differences in the positive psychological qualities of "team awareness" and "goal and belief",but there was no significant difference in the difference results before and after the control class.This shows that the group psychological counseling on the theme of weak quality can improve the level of other positive psychological qualities of the students of the technician college.(4)The follow-up test results show that the level of the "team consciousness" and "goal and belief" dimensions of the experimental class did not drop significantly,and still showed significant differences,indicating that the intervention of group counseling in the class has a certain improvement on other positive psychological qualities The continuation effect of the experiment;the experimental class showed a significant difference in the "friendly" dimension,indicating that after a period of time,the intervention can still improve other positive psychological qualities.
