The Red story is an important carrier of the red spirit and a representative of Chinese stories,with abundant educational resources.Red stories carry the spiritual qualities of the heroes of the Red Revolution,which are associated with positive psychological qualities,such as wisdom,courage,love,justice and restraint.Based on the structure of children’s positive psychological quality and the characteristics of children’s learning and development,this study selects red stories that children are interested in,and excavates the good qualities in red stories.Then carry out the positive psychological quality education scientifically,promote the development of the positive psychological quality of children.At the same time,enrich the practice of red stories and positive psychological education for children,and provide practical cases for kindergartens to carry out positive psychological quality education and red stories.Two middle classes of F kindergarten in H City were selected as the research objects,which lasted for four months.The research adopted interview method,educational experiment method,case analysis method,etc.The researcher formulated the practice plan according to Kelman’s three-stage development steps,and then implemented the practice research.The practice process is as follows: the first stage is "compliance period of positive psychological quality",which is mainly to arouse children’s positive mind and stimulate children’s positive psychological orientation;The second stage is "positive psychological quality recognition period",in order to give children positive psychological quality model power,training children positive psychological quality;The third stage is "positive psychological quality internalization period",to help children output positive behavior,develop positive behavior habits.After the practice,the positive psychological development level of children in the experimental class and the control class was compared and analyzed,and the research conclusion was drawn: red stories can effectively promote the development of children’s positive psychological quality;The necessity of cultivating children’s positive psychological quality through gamification activities;Cultivate children’s positive psychological quality with progressive red quality education.Finally,the researchers put forward educational suggestions from kindergarten,teachers and parents: kindergarten should attach importance to the educational value of red stories,improve the educational environment of red stories,develop the curriculum of red stories for quality education,and form the educational synergy of quality cultivation of children;Teachers should explore the educational resources of red stories,inherit the positive psychological quality of red stories,and optimize the cultivation mode of positive psychological quality.Parents should pay attention to the educational function of red stories and the cultivation of children’s positive psychological quality.
