Happiness is the goal and final destination of human existence,and although the sources of happiness are different,there is cross-cultural consistency in taking happiness as a life goal.With the development of social times,the development contradiction has changed from low-order material needs to high-order happiness needs.On the basis of satisfying material happiness,we pursue the dual unity of material happiness and spiritual happiness.Xi Jinping emphasized that this is an era of happiness and an era of struggle,and happiness is achieved through struggle.The background of the current era closely fits the theme of happiness.As a happiness model developed from the concept of happiness,PERMA believes that positive emotions,well-being,interpersonal relationships,meaning acquisition,and life generation are the constituent elements of happiness,and the realization of each element is closely related to happiness.A good theory of the elements of happiness provides direction for positive intervention in building well-being.College students are in an important stage of life growth.The level of happiness affects individual selfrealization.Active intervention on college students’ happiness explores the path of happiness realization and promotes the development of college students’ happiness.Objective: Guided by the PERMA well-being theoretical model,based on the 5elements of PERMA well-being,a positive psychological intervention strategy was adopted to study the effect of positive psychological intervention on improving college students’ well-being from the perspective of positive psychology.Results: 1.The average value of the overall happiness index of college students is 6.3 points,which is in the middle level.2.There is a significant difference in the level of happiness of college students in the demographic dimension.There are significant differences in the life satisfaction of boys and girls in the gender demographic variables,and there are significant differences in the positive affective dimension.Girls are significantly higher than boys;in the single-child demographic variables The happiness level of only children is significantly higher than that of nononly children;in the place of birth,the happiness level of students in urban areas is the highest,and the happiness level gradually decreases with the level of locality;in terms of parental education,the parents’ education level is college or above The level of happiness of students is the highest,and there is a significant difference from other levels.As the level of education decreases,the level of happiness gradually decreases.3.The experimental group participants are in self-worth,life vitality,altruistic behavior,positive emotions,life satisfaction,and health concerns.,The personality growth dimension has been significantly improved,and there is no significant difference in the control group.4.Positive psychological intervention has a certain degree of lasting impact.Conclusion: Positive psychological intervention guided by the concept of positive psychology can promote the well-being of college students and has a certain sustained effect. |
