Student’s burden is heavy in China’s basic education stage, academic burnout phenomenon has become a phenomenon which cannot be ignored. Academic burnout always happened when students rely on their own ability and social support were unable to successfully deal with academic tasks. Academic burnout is not a mental disease or disorder, it is a negative psychological condition which happening on normal person. Some researches have shown that academic burnout will lower the student’s life satisfaction and increase the student’s disruptive behavior, anxiety, depression, influence students’normal study and life seriously.along with our country economic growth and improve the level of compulsory education promotion, serious academic burnout become one of the main reasons why students drop out.Domestic researchers are aware of this problem, proposed many methods to cope with the situation, including mental health education. The psychological intervention is become one of the implementation of specific measures to practice. Domestic research on psychological intervention on academic burnout is less and the intervention study of college students is more, in view of the junior middle school students academic burnout intervention still need a lot of research and progress.This study used questionnaire to research the 507 junior middle school students’ academic burnout, and through the correlation analysis with their final grade, to investigate the relationship between academic achievement and academic burnout. Then adopt the method of group guidance to intervene in academic burnout on 12 junior middle school students, by trying to change the cognitive of junior middle school students and then make a change in behavior, finally reduce the academic burnout. On this basis, further study if academic performance has a significant promote. Using case analysis method to research the 12 students to find the difference of intervention effect and whether the positive psychological quality influence the intervention effect, what positive psychology qualities that make intervention object better and faster to change and get promoted. At last,give some reasonable education according to the results of the intervention suggestions and a proper and feasible intervention plan, in order to enrich the academic burnout. By verifying hypothesis, This study gets the following conclusions:(1) The overall situation of junior middle school students academic burnout is not serious.(2) The academic achievement and academic burnout and its three dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low sense of achievement has significant negative correlation.(3) After the intervention, the junior middle school students academic burnout level decreased significantly.(4) After the intervention, the junior middle school students academic performance is not significant promote.(5) Quality of persistent have significant differences on the different effect group of academic burnout intervention. |
