Study On The Quality Management Of Data Collected In The Link Of Urban Unemployment Rate Survey

Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood.It is the top priority of the "six stability" and "six guarantees" proposed by the CPC Central Committee.It is a major issue concerning the national economy and people’s livelihood and affects the vital interests of hundreds of millions of people.In recent years,especially under the impact of the epidemic,as the main economic indicator to measure the employment situation of the labor market,the surveyed urban unemployment rate based on the national monthly labor survey has attracted much attention.Based on Guangxi towns investigation unemployment rate collection link data quality management present situation as the research object,using the methods of literature study,questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,combining the theory of quality management theory and statistical quality management,from the procedure involves three data producer perspective(that is,the investigation object,auxiliary investigators,the salesman),find out each link data handlers those outstanding problems that exist in the data quality management: "investigation of identity is not high," "insufficient investigation ability" and "professionalism" enough.Through case analysis,it is found that "the residents have a stronger sense of self-protection","the investigation is more difficult" and "the characteristics of the investigation work" are the main reasons affecting the quality of the data collected in the link of urban unemployment rate survey.In view of the above problems,the countermeasures to improve the quality management of the surveyed unemployment rate data in Cities and towns in Guangxi are proposed from the following aspects: improving the quality of the survey team,promoting the data collection by multiple means,strengthening the publicity work,perfecting the method system and establishing the long-term emergency mechanism.This article innovation mainly lies in: the current study of urban unemployment,there are few academic research,the author combined with the questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation focused on analysis of data acquisition part of the risk of data quality and sudden incident,how to guarantee the normal work of investigation,in guarantee the quality of source data management actively explored.
