Research On The Quality Management Of Statistical Data In J City

Statistics is an important tool to provide information of national economic operation.It not only the basis for the government to formulate relevant policies,but also an indispensable part of state macro-control system.Our government has done a lot of work on the quality management of statistical data and achieved certain results compared to the beginning of reform and opening.China’s economic environment has changed as the arrival of the era of economic globalization and big data.The government,enterprises and individuals have increase their requirements for the quality of statistical data day by day,the scope of statistical subjects becomes larger and the statistical data production process is becoming more and more complex.All of these have made it more and more difficult for the government to manage the quality of statistical data.In order to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy,it is significant to study how to manage the quality of government statistical data.In recent years,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have repeatedly stressed their adherence to seeking truth from facts and opposing falsification in statistics.J Municipal Bureau of Statistics has done a lot of work in the quality management of statistical data and made some achievements.However,the statistical system is not perfect enough and the supervision is insufficient.In particular,due to the lack of comprehensive understanding of quality management of statistical data and in the work of quality management of statistical data.There is still a certain gap between J city and other developed cities in China.In this context,this paper taking J City as an example,combined with the author’s work practice in J Municipal Bureau of Statistical to summarizes current situation of quality management of statistical data in J City and finds out the existing problems,analyzes the reasons,and then puts forward on corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces research background and significance,current situation of research at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,as well as the innovation and deficiency of this paper.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis,which defines the concepts of government statistics,government statistical data,the quality of government statistical data and the quality management of government statistical data.This part also analyzes the basic principles of statistics and the total quality management theory in order to provides theoretical basis for subsequent chapters.The third part introduces the current situation of quality management of statistics data in J City.The fourth part puts forward on existing problems in the quality management of J municipal government statistical data,and analyzes the reasons.Combined with actual situation of J City,the fifth part puts forward on the suggestions such as define statistical data subjects and their responsibilities,standardize the management of statistical data production process and intensify supervision and inspection on the statistics law enforcement.The sixth part summarizes the whole paper.
