Abstract/Summary:
This study adopted the questionnaire method and conducted a study on 875 junior high school students.The questionnaire was distributed in two times(three weeks before school and one week after school),and the mobile phone addiction index(MPAI),emotional intelligence scale(WLEIS)and The self-control scale investigates the status quo of junior high school students’ emotional intelligence,mobile phone dependence and self-control,analyzes its possible influencing factors,and explores the before and after differences in the emotional intelligence,self-control and mobile phone dependence of junior high school students under the influence of the new crown epidemic And discussed their relationship with each other.The conclusions of the study include:1.The incidence rate of mobile phone dependence among middle school students was18.86%.2.Before and after the beginning of the new crown epidemic,there are significant differences in the mobile phone dependence of junior high school students,and the situation after the beginning of school is more serious;in terms of emotional intelligence,in addition to the dimension of emotional use,the total score and the scores of the other four dimensions before and after the school start The difference is significant.The emotional intelligence score before the beginning of school is higher than that after the beginning of school;at the level of self-control,in addition to the dimension of focus on work,the total score and the other four dimensions are significantly different.3.When analyzing the differences in demographic factors of mobile phone addiction,emotional intelligence and self-control,it was found that there was no significant difference in whether one child was an only child;some factors had significant differences in gender and grade.4.There is a significant correlation among junior high school students’ emotional intelligence,mobile phone addiction and self-control.5.Self-control has a partial mediating effect between emotional intelligence and mobile phone dependence,and the mediating effect accounts for 38.6% of the total effect.
