The development of the baseball industry in China is in full swing today,and this is indispensable for the support of social sports groups.Although there are many social sports groups in the world of baseball,there are very few groups that have survived for many years and have successfully commercialized.The Orion Baseball Club is one of the few successful social sports groups in the country.Even so,the Orion Baseball Club faces the problem of losing core members.At present,there are not many studies on the loss of members of social groups,and the research in this paper will provide some theoretical references for the governance of the loss of core members of social sports teams.This is the significance of this paper.The article mainly designed the interview questionnaire based on the work embedding model,and then used the interview to understand the current situation and causes of the loss of the core members of the Orion baseball club.The main conclusions are as follows:In the cause of the loss of core members of social sports groups,from the perspective of individual factors,the participation target is unknown,the participation motivation is not matched,the social role change and the realization or unfulfilled individual expectations become core members.The cause of the loss.From the perspective of community factors,it is mainly due to the poor matching of member organizations and the lack of cohesiveness of the associations leading to the loss of core members.From the perspective of community factors,it is mainly because the sense of belonging to the community is not strong and the degree of matching with the community is not high,which leads to the easy loss of the core members of the Orion Club.And in terms of countermeasures,The organizational matching level is mainly the basic concept of the club work emphasizing "people in the situation",emphasizing the acceptance and respect of the club members,paying attention to the individualized attributes of the club members,and encouraging the club members to fully participate in the club activities;the community matching level is mainly Guide core members to correctly understand and use community resources and help core members to establish relative network relationships locally;the sacrifice level is mainly to strengthen individualized incentives,improve the training system,accurately locate the membership system,and improve the welfare of core members;Mainly to establish core members to help plan,use other incentives,and extend the time for core members to stay in the community.
