Research On The Embedding Of Social Work In Rural And Pastoral Areas

This study takes the social work service of the pastoral area of the Yuyang Social Work Development Center as the main research object.Through the field investigation of the Yuyang Social Work Development Center,the data collection method of the participation observation method and the unstructured interview method is adopted for the social work of the pastoral area.Embed the work to discuss and analyze.The embedded theory is used throughout the whole article to express the problems and challenges encountered when social work is embedded in pastoral areas from the structural embedding of professional social work and the embeddedness of pastoral social work services.Taking the village-style and going to the countryside as the story of the two stages,it explores how the structural embedding of professional social work and the purchase of services by the administrative department can lead to the embedding of social work in pastoral areas from the form ofresident villages to the form of going to the countryside.Through the combing and description of the social work service of the pastoral area of ??the Yuyang Social Work Development Center,this study found that the service activities of Yuyang in Wanyu Village and Baisand Township indicate that the professional social work is structurally embedded in the pastoral social work.The various challenges and problems that arise.Professional social work depends on the resources of the administrative department.The social work service in the pastoral area also depends on the purchase of the administrative department,which ultimately leads to the professional social work can only be embedded into the pastoral service in a structural way.The administrative department's purchase of services is the main form of social work services today,and the survival of social work institutions depends on these resources.The services purchased by the administrative department have a strong directivity.Time,service objects,service content,and funds are all specific factors.There is no flexibility,and there is not enough consideration for the development of the client.The purchase service is a stand-alone service,and it does not have coherence.The service effect can only be a short period of time,and it isimpossible to achieve long-term continuous service.The embedded problem of social work in pastoral areas has become increasingly prominent.The service and development of social work in pastoral areas have been challenged.How to proceed in the future has become an urgent and inevitable problem.
