The Application Research Of Social Work Embedded In University Students' Work

The social work in China's professional sense began in the 1950 s.After undergoing a preliminary introduction,it was interrupted for nearly 30 years in 1952,which led to the stagnation of professional social work in China.In 1987,China's Ministry of Civil Affairs and the current Peking University signed a joint school agreement.The agreement clearly stated that it began to restore professional social work education in China.Social work is a major part of secondary school's social work,but due to social work in China's The development is slow,and the conditions under which school social work is generally carried out in colleges and universities are still immature.Therefore,this paper studies the application of social work methods to student work in Chinese universities through embedded methods,and takes Xinjiang X University as an example.The key to this study is the study of social work embedded in the use of college students.The author adopts participatory observation and action research methods in social work practice methods.In the capacity of leader and observer of group activities,he combed the service process and the logic and context of the activities of the social work experiment center in Xinjiang X University.The Feasible Strategy of Professional Social Work Embedded in the Work of College Students.Through the reflection on the social work practices and practices of Xinjiang University Social Work Experiment Center,combined with the concept of “Chinese Social Work Embedded Development” proposed by Professor Wang Sibin,a Chinese social work scholar,from the perspective of the identity of practitioners in the process of social work in the embedded process.It concludes that the existing paths of social work embedded in the work of college students are mainly passive embedding(including theoretical reference and formal imitation)and active embedding.As the leader and observer of the group activities,the author participated in the group activities of strengthening the interpersonal skills of group members and thus forming good conduct and personality through the participation of group members,and experienced the process of embedding social work into the work of college students.Throughresearch,it has been found that social work is embedded in the work of college students,which is necessary and feasible.Professional social work applies the ideas and methodology of social work in the daily service and education of student work in colleges and universities,to students' enthusiasm for learning and learning.The effect has a more favorable development.At the same time,the embedding of professional social work into the work of university students is an important method for expanding the field of social work services.It is also an important means for professional social work to allow more people to understand and accept it,thereby promoting the effective development of social work in China.The main content of this article includes six parts: Expounding the significance of the research,showing the ideas for carrying out research,through the investigation and analysis of the basic situation of the study,presenting the basis for the study;the second part,defining the study The core concepts and theoretical basis used in the process clearly define the scientific nature of this research process.In the third part,the social work is embedded in the development of university student work.Through analysis,it has been found that there are at least three possible modes of professional social work embedded in the work of college students.That is,theoretical models,formal imitation models,and professional embedding.The fourth part,embedded in the analysis of the practice model,combines the theory and practice to describe the process of embedding and the embedding of embedding,and analyzes the necessity of embedding.In the fifth part,the basic conclusions of this study are drawn.The sixth part is about some reflections on the reflection in the research and the social work embedded in the work of college students.
