Research On Requirement Management Of Online Education Project Based On Agile Development Mode

In China,education is always a hot topic.With the improvement of people’s living standards and the development of mobile network technology,online education,as a new teaching method,has gradually come into people’s vision.During the epidemic period in 2020,many schools choose to use online classroom to teach,which ensures the normal teaching activities.In addition to providing teaching services for students,online education also includes qualification examination,professional training,interest cultivation and so on.Compared with traditional books as knowledge carriers to disseminate information,online education has the characteristics of high update frequency,fast transmission speed and wide coverage of knowledge.Related Internet products have the characteristics of short version iteration cycle and rapid response to user needs.For the company’s existing online education products,how to improve its ability to respond to frequent changes in demand and make it adapt to the trend of online classroom teaching is a very meaningful research.Based on the theory and practice,this paper studies the application of agile requirement analysis in online education products.Combined with the relevant steps of agile development,it studies the realization of products that can adapt to the frequent changes of requirements.The company’s online education products have been operating for many years,the basic structure has not changed much,and the demand has changed a lot during the epidemic period,which is both an opportunity and a challenge.Firstly,this paper describes the development of online education and agile development at home and abroad.Then,it describes some development models in the process of software development.The evolution of all models is to adapt to the changes of demand.The paper compares the characteristics of these models.Then,the paper describes the company’s online education products and analyzes the demand management The existing problems include the inaccurate understanding of requirements,the ineffective response to requirements changes,the low effectiveness of personnel organization due to unclear responsibilities,and the non-standard overall requirements management process.These problems also have an impact on the work in the development stage,which is also described in this paper.In view of these problems,the paper proposes to use effective communication tools to accurately understand the requirements,to prioritize the requirements to reduce the risk of requirements change,to clarify the responsibilities of team members in the project development process,and to standardize the requirements management process.Through technical improvement,the landing products can meet the characteristics of clear structure,strong scalability,and adapt to changes in requirements.Finally,the paper summarizes the results of this improvement.The whole thesis is elaborated according to the steps of raising,analyzing and solving problems.At present,most of the existing researches are from the perspective of managers to analyze the impact of agile development in the daily implementation process of the project.Combined with the existing work experience,this paper discusses how to improve the structure of online education products from the perspective of developers,in order to meet the characteristics of agile development,hoping to provide experience for the research and implementation of similar projects.
